Conceptual Design

Architectural and Structural Design

After the initial conceptual design and the rough order of magnitude budget have been confirmed, our architectural partners begin designing the cleanroom layout, walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows to facilitate cleanliness, smooth airflow, and ease of cleaning.Selection of materials with suitable surface finishes, durability, and compatibility with cleanroom requirements are also presented and chosen at this point.

HVAC System Design

Design of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system to maintain the desired cleanliness level and environmental conditions within the cleanroom. During this phase, air handling units, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, ductwork, and HEPA/ULPA filters will be selected and sized. At the same time, air distribution strategies and locations are also considered and implemented to ensure proper uniform airflow and particle control are maintained throughout the cleanroom space.
